I interviewed last year as well but was unprepared. For the last one year I prepared for 2 hours a dat and 4 hours a day on weekends but I still could not make it. Any tips on how to do better?
Qualcomm management style...
If Qualcomm would change its management style and lead, everyone would be happier & more productive...see this LinkedIn post. Not sure if you have to be signed into your LinkedIn acct. https://www.linkedin.com/hp/update/6102514091526545408
Qualcomm wants more diversity
Qualcomm is becoming more racist, it says it wants more "diversity" be prepared for more people being put into positions not because of their qualifications but the color of their skin or gender.

I was interviewing someone for a tech job yesterday, and it was really frustrating. I couldn't understand his English.
It was the most infuriating thing. I asked him to write a program to sort a linked list, and to comment his code well. After his code was done, I couldn't understand his written comments written in English. They didn't make sense, and his code didn't... — read more

Qualcomm hurts PC industry
Why is it that only cheapo chromebooks come with LTE built into the device? It's Qualcomm's fault. The QTax of 5% is levied on the final value. Who wants to pay 5% on a $2000 gaming laptop? That would be stupid, and Qualcomm, by implication, is... — read more
Just wish you guys would STFU and tell us where new SD jobs were.
This endless whining of QC haters is getting old. STFU and get SD employed once again! Where's the new technology? Is it in SD? Will it be in SD? Is SD over?
40+ old dinosaur can't code or design hardware as well as 20something.
But they can sure kick a$$ when it comes to the Superbowl. Old white 40 something guy shows the young 20 something upstart that experience matters. Respect your elders. As Doctor Science would say, they knows more than you do, grasshopper.
People complaining about H1-B. Let's see how you do on this. Most of you claiming to be "well qualfied for the job" didn't have anything close..
For starters, most candidates couldn't even get past an o(n) = n^2 brute force solution, let alone a solution that was n log n or simply o(n)=n in efficiency... The problem: you have a sequence of integers that is alternating in sign.....Write an... — read more
The reason why you aren't getting hired isn't because you are white.....
It is be ause you are too old and no one wants to hire an old fart as a "senior software engineer" that writes code or desgns hardware. You do it way too slow relative to someone half your age.

Thank you Qualcomm for giving me 60k and 2 months of vacation.
Stopped coming in after the layoff announcement.
Dear Qualcomm, thank you for a very generous severance.
Make 60k without doing anything.
New layoff?
When is the next round? So sad.
Why so much hate towards H1B recepients? Realize they are not he ones abusing the system.
It is the executives, coorporate officers and the polititians they bribe who are screewing us. They make the rules and use them to get cheap labor by propagating the lie of a skilled tech worker shortage.
