Qualcomm is becoming more racist, it says it wants more "diversity" be prepared for more people being put into positions not because of their qualifications but the color of their skin or gender.

@FS18FR9. What is your background? Do you have a degree in the arts, as a computer programmer or as a computer scientist? If you are a computer scientist, then do some science.
Nothing will change until Qualcomm requires sensitivity training for managers, directors and above for 2 hours each week, led by African-American, lesbians in dashikis!
Because having similar people who can most efficiently implement non-innovative, incremental improvements totally leads to where Qualcomm is.
but isn't that what 'diversity' is all about - people who cannot compete on a level playing field (due to their upbringing, income, lack of skills, etc.) are moved ahead to improve them and to challenge them to succeed. Sure, the organization might suffer, but that is a small price to pay to improve the individuals.
