2017 is going to be tough year for Qcom. 4K-5k lay off possible unless we go through some major breakthrough in tech.

I have seen these folks in meetings but I am not sure what do they do and how do they contribute? Please let me know as I have been here for few years now and still questioning what do they do all day long
