Quality manager at W is my boss, I am the lead for that group and I work day shift. MY manager keep skipping days and asked me to do the work for him, he does not know anything that happen with the people or workload, he just expects me to do it for him, he can even use excel nor power point and used to Ask someone else in the group to do metrics for him. What is QCT waiting for? He should be force to early retirement few years back..:::
