I have seen these folks in meetings but I am not sure what do they do and how do they contribute? Please let me know as I have been here for few years now and still questioning what do they do all day long

Who are the VP and director from quality? as no one seems to know them.
Hahaha good joke, a comment from Samsung, "this is the worse Quality group of all Samsung suppliers" no power, no leadership, rather go to other groups within QCT for support.
They talk to the customers so the engineers don't have to!!
