San Jose Wifi division will be offshored to CSR. That's a proofed solution. It's a losing division and can be absorbed into the UK division - before it gets completely offshored to Taiwan. Taiwan will continue on with all wifi chip develoment.

DONT worry

It would not be surprising to have some layoffs around the time NXP buyout goes through. NXP has a substantial work force, larger than QC's. It remains to be seen what this number will be and how this buyout will affect NXP's chip business.

This is going to be terrible lay off in history of QC.
