many qcom people seems still does not understand the situation

lots of people complain about working culture, career advancement,H1Bs etc. However, the most critical issue for qcom is the business itself, the growth future. If there's no growth in terms of business, it will be dying and shrink.

Culture of Q is disgusting

Everyone has to work for visibility and appreciation. If you don't have a senior dir or vp to back, promotion seems to be mission impossible infinity. From when, the culture is deteriorating to this low level.
