More changes at the top. What are these about? Any insight?

@ta Sorry to hear that. Unless you are a new hire or at the top of your range, you should have received a base salary increase given the rating. Strange indeed.
@ep 2%? I got zippo. And my review was fine - met all expectation. 0% raise, but a small bonus. Strange but true.
Let’s summarize;
- they created more top exec roles for themselves
- they brought a new ‚strategy guy’ from McKinsey: more layoffs
- they started the Travelling Exec program where the company will be paying for them living some time in London, some time in Dubai etc
- they shifted some platforms to new top execs, creating even more chaos

So between yesterday and today nearly everyone on the EC changed/expanded their remit and presumably added a few millions to their comp? That compared to 2% salary increases for staff…what a joke

JTC to retire in 5 years. He needs to stay on, xxxx Robins you know what and milk the company for every dime he can.

It’s all as clear as mud. I tend to think that they are deliberately vague.
Wonder if it's possible to buy or sell seats at the EC table? For whoever's leaving and those that remain. . . get help!
Maybe someone on the EC will finally be held accountable for some huge blunders costing the company millions of dollars? Probably not. Just wishful thinking.
