@sg only reason they are having to fly people into the US, is because US doesn’t have the talent!
Start getting rid of everyone outside the US. Stop spending thousands of dollars to fly in a few big wigs from the UK or Ireland only to put them up in 5 star hotels for a few days; all while refusing to allow anyone else to travel to conferences or, idk... further reducing budgets.
