The last word was November. Any update? Not leaving without getting paid what they owe me

@rq you summed it up to a tee “you don’t get paid the commission anymore”. My level of commitment now will cover my basic, not a bit more. Zero incentive to stretch myself when the “fck you” target is so unachievable.
This ship is sinking. Unless you are selling AI infrastructure products and services that Dell spent $1 Barbillion creating, they want you out. Selling laptops and equipment is not the future they care about so they don't care how anyone is treated. The commissions are never going to be paid. They want you out without giving you a package or getting any bad press for mass reductions in force. Start looking for a job immediately.
Dell IT is also F'd. Their goal is to cut 40% of that department by January.
While you look for a job, do the bare minimum. You won't get paid the commissions anyway.
What about getting paid on the variable piece. Now being paid on bookings as opposed to shipping should be cut and dry. Yet, " percentage draws" are stilling be used. I won't even give you the reasons being told because they make no sense.
all the money went to john clarke's pay
@pm Honestly just quitting and leaving the company is no punishment for them. Quiet quitting and actually staying seems the best way to punish them
They're trying to push more Sales people out by raising targets to levels of pure insanity. For Sales, they can't do it with RTO threats so they're doing it with laughable targets. It's a joke how Dell treats employees now!
Will this impact company results? If they are setting massive targets for individuals then this rolls up to the company target yes?
@gj 425% here.
Stealing my commissions.
380% increase here. Outpacing GDP by 1500%.
Don’t forget if you over attained they are capping you. What a laughing stock of a company.
Quotas for many sales were given on Friday. I was given a 300+% increase! Went from 14M in first half to over 42M!!! With no changes to my territory. I heard from two others that they got 500% increases!
How is that even legal?!?!? There’s going to be a mass quitting(which is likely what Dell wants) and probable law suits.
Dell leadership - MD and JC - have gone full kleptocrat.
@c5 we all know Partners will sell what makes them the most margin. Customers purchasing directly, are now very inquisitive about whether Dell are price gauging. Flip them to the Channel, that customers gone.
@c5 dobtfull. Direct sales is the only thing which is holding the numbers together right now.
You're literally f-ked and they dont care. end game is to close down direct sales and go completely partner led route to market. you're nothing but GARBAGE to them
Laura Ingraham of FOX News has taken up the HB1 scam.
I would suggest reaching out to her & see if she would take up the challenge.
Sue them. Class action.
This story needs to be picked up by national media. This is a joke!!
@a6 100%. We’re being shaftd, they know we’re unhappy, and they just don’t care. Not my first sales role, never experienced this and can’t imagine the likes of this happens elsewhere. This has been engineered. Whether you’ve overachieved or missed due to their inability to set targets inline with your account base, what ever they present on Q2 numbers will pss off all parties. Additional miserable news, got my H2 target … are they for real 🤬
I've heard nothing new.
I still can't believe they can't get this together. This is a major issue.
I wonder if NOT paying or paying a piece of what may be due to us shows on the bottom line? Does it make the company look better??!? SMH
