It passed. I never was asked to vote.
Not sure. We’re all still waiting for the ballots to be sent out so we can vote on it.
Any idea if the contract was ratified?
We should have a separate forum for ATT Craft, janitorial and cafeteria staff since those positions can't be compared with real work.

You make it very easy for people who put their big boy boots on to not care about you while AI, h1b and "right sizing" come for your job. Scurry, run, try to hide and cry about RTO. None of this will save you.

The Legacy T business unit has a contractual 2000 person watermark that they have been under for years. That means the company is supposed to make an effort to hire back up to 2000 people (which they wont) or at the very least until they do, they cant do any surpluses. So the company came around this contract and offered some nice 5% raise, some differentials, other goodies and a $1500 signing bonus. And promised not to involuntarily layoff the duration of this new contract. But the watermark is will be gone and they will be able to offer VOLUNTARY layoffs like our buddies over here who can get 104 weeks paid if they are NTS-Gs or Comm Techs, etc. So like any decent union contract... the oldheads will "got mine" all the way to the bank with their yes votes, and let the younger guys get surplussed to sh-t in 2030.
What is the watermark thing?
The Legacy T vote in our local 7250 was sent to your e-mail adress of record and had to be in by March 2nd. It overwhelming passed by 86%. To get the 500 removal of Watermark and 1000 signing bonus everything has to be in by Friday March 13.
When will this vote be done and adopted/rejected?

When are they going to mail out the ballots? None of the NTS’s here have received a ballot, and this is the same story in a lot of other areas.
When are all the votes in?
Most of the NTS in my group are voting no, due to the watermark removal. They came from the local side and have 15-25 years. Only 2 NTS-g.
