Companies have to be competitive by relying on cheap indentured labor or outsourcing work to sweatshops. If NM don't, fall behind in the market. To see real change, elect politicians who will protect American jobs by banning H-1B visas, reducing immigration, and placing tariffs on outsourced services from cheaper countries.

your response tells me you are too stupid to understand. i was wrong to give you credit, but it's understandable. you are clearly indian. citizen or not that means you are an not capable of actual chain of reasoning thought.

the company is guilty of enabling the the h1b fraud. you are guilty of allowing it to continue and not worth another thought.

the honest truth is indians are even worse than the group we usually reference when speaking about dei.

Do u think all the lkmartin employees enabled ki-ling human, in that case we are enabling the our government sending money to ki-l other people . I have 0 responsibilities for these . If u wanna blame someone who enable this go blame NM c suits man.

without you and others like you smoothing over all the deficiency the h1b and offshoring game would fall a part in days.

@q9 if you talking about me, did I ever say I’m H1b? Hired by a staffing does not automatically mean I’m h1b or part of the problem . I didn’t know the firm is doing h1b fraud nor should I care because I’m not h1b. For me initially it is just like any other contract millions of American been doing for last 40 years . How I’m I enabled it ? When you looking for a job and you got an offer that pay you over 6 digits with insurance are you going to take it when you have families to take care of ? and when the job market is trash ? Now I’m here trying tell you guys how bad the staffing company NM working is from inside , you are telling I’m enabling it ? What if I’m documenting all the fraud I’m seeing here now and will exposed them later when I leave ? Ok sure I won’t do that if all I’m doing is enabling it . There is no back door business I’m doing to enable h1b fraud. I’m an American who is working for employer that has contract with NM , and I’m telling you guys my employer is potentially using abusing h1b programs does not make me an enabler.

@kb ok dude , I think u have reading and understanding problem. Or you just plain ignorant. I said I have no restriction with visa which mean I’m an American . I said I’m part of “cheap labor “ mean I got hired by them but with normal wage since I’m America and I have leverage. The whole point of me saying I’m part of the “cheap labor “ group is because I’m trying expose them from within. And your stupid a-s here trying to hate on anything after reading 1st sentence . However, you literally stated in your post that - 'I’m part of that “cheap labor “ group of people .' So, that's how I took it.
You may be a green card holder vs. hb1 visa; don't know, don't care. You need to either be clear or don't share your specifics because it is misleading. No, I do not think you are cheap labor because of typos while respnding on a phone (during what I presume are working hours).

@k8 Nop , I’m not the cheap labor , I’m probably the only few that get pay market rate in that group . And yea I don’t double check my typing with phone which may makes you think I’m cheap labor . And also I don’t depend on them like rest of them . I can leave as soon as the market get better but most of them can’t since their job tied to visa . What I’m telling you is this is happening everywhere . Big U.S corps outsourcing their jobs to staffing companies . Staffing companies from one specific countries bring their people in. This is literly happening everywhere and you trying to be hostile to a person against it lol. Dude , we are in the same boat and I really really hope this practice end soon. Hopefully it will with current political climate .

You might do well to improve you're language / writing skills.
Don't worry, they won't get rid of you. You are cheap labor & you are not getting paid 'market rate'. Maybe market rate for your contracting firm overseas but that is far different than in the US.
You don't get health insurance from NM so Iam curious for those of you that are offshore resources onshore - how do you h=get healthcare in the US?

I don’t wanna expose myself here. I’m part of that “cheap labor “ group of people . But I think I am the only few that get paid in market rate . I didn’t know the situation in NM before I joined . Then I actually got pi---d because apparently they fired some Nm Employees right before we joined. Same Things Happened to my 2 old complained , they axed US based employees and brought in bunch of h1b or outsourced the jobs . I share ur frustration, I hope they ban it too at this point .
