Is she just a cheerleader and goes around doing meet and greets since she has failed at all her jobs and others had to take them over. Why is she still around while other real working and accomplished people are being laid off ?

@h0 Here’s my take on TK. Please keep in mind that this is my personal observation…
TK was hired under a gentleman named CL…. at the time CL had a huge staff and control over both commercial and consumer technology.
On the very first televised technology town hall right after TK was hired, CL introduces TK to the stage …. TK comes walking out stage left and they sit side by side on individual chairs. CL starts talking about how they had been out drinking the night before, getting to know each other, and how great they got along because they were both Villanova alumni…. CL continues chatting and I notice that he keeps putting his hands on her legs, her knees, and her arms as they talk.
Now CL is always personable and is a very likeable man, but even to me, I found that I begin to thinking…. “they are pretty touchy / feely - is something more going on here? ”
Anyway, it was a good town hall, she didn’t act too unusual and I just went about my work week…. A few days to a week later, CL was magically vanished by the end of the day. Out of the clear blue sky, a vague email drops that CL has left WFC with no place to go … Not a single person would comment on why. Not a single manager would even offer the vaguest of reasons…
Now, several more weeks later, I find myself talking with other managers who personally know CL. I know CL is a contact in their personal cell phone and I’ve been with these managers when CL would call them at 10pm EST…. not a single one of these managers had received so much as a text message or any contact from the man…. So, I started to wonder what if TK filed a S.H. complaint…. That would be her golden ticket. She shows up to WFC as a pretty face. Files a S.H. complaint for something seen on a video to 250,000 employees and bingo – it all started to make sense in my mind. I go to the video on demand website and the town hall where TK was introduced and CL was extremely touchy had also vanished. It was literally the only technology town hall I have ever seen removed from the on-demand library….
So, over the next few years, we have all watched as TK has taken over CLs role made the meteoric rise as a pretty face. This scenario seems to make the most sense to me…. My personal hypothesis is she has a golden ticket which has brought her seven figures many times over. But who knows…

Wells Fargo has 3rd rate programmers. They dont pay enough to attract good coders from real technology firms, other banks, or New York hedge funds. You gotta spend money to build software and drive efficiency, WF doesnt spend any. Kerrins is hamstrung by the CFO.

What are you talking about her accomplishment was to reduce IT dept from 36K to 24K then of course the new leader hired back up to 37K and is now reducing to a lower number.
She is completely useless and should be ashamed of her career, she accomplished nothing and was downgraded twice lol. How is she walking around and not embarrassed?
She weeds out the few leadership who were worth a d-mn. She spends money her groups don't have. She travels the country on the company's dime insisting all the people under her in a location drive in to attend as an in-person audience during inclement weather for her own vanity. She literally screamed at her directs in a staff meeting because her townhall in November had seating for 120 and only 13 people showed up.
She's visiting EGS now.
