How is the company tracking compliance with the RTO? Are they just looking at badge swipes or the total time spent as well

@1dz not really true. Been morning swiping and going home since forever. Sometimes I stay till lunch if I am tired of the double commute mornings.

The company can track you by your login time, your log out time
And every company uses a program to monitor the number of keystrokes
This allows them to track your slow time and busy time
What about if your home location does not record badge swipes to leave? Is that recorded at all? Anyone know if those located are reported or not? Why not be upfront about what’s being recorded?

The company uses card swipes and when you logon to your pc and other hardware.
