He actually sold 5500 shares since mid august. He is probably selling because he is going to get a bunch more on Oct 1st - YEAH BABY!
That is when you KNOW layoffs are coming (not that they have ever stopped since 2016). When the exec/insider traders of the company start selling off before we go off the cliff with our 7 remaining employees - dan and his friends. They will celebrate with a proposal to the board to give themselves all a 1,000% raise bc its hard out there with these gas prices to travel back and forth the the ranch in Montana.
