Seriously, how much longer are we supposed to wait? It’s been almost a year already. When is OpenText finally going to sell ADM?

Imo I think it’s happening soon, they’re trying to push me out after one awful quarter even though I’ve historically been a strong producer
Trying to sell an OpenText business unit today is like trying to auction off a piñata after the kids already beat it senseless … there’s nothing left inside, and everyone’s just standing around awkwardly.
@gg The fact that nothing is happening since Vertica, speaks volumes.
@fw yeah its going to be SMBC, probably carbonite and webroot, if i had to guess.
ADM are not next.

As for what a 'good' deal vs a fire sale is, beats me. I don't forsee a particularly nice one.
