Remember how things changed when GTE was put in the driver's seat in 2000? That will be amplified when the Frontier merger is complete. Many process changes coming.

Companies that give this high a raise is usually because people are underpaid. Union jobs are not underpaid when comparing to the industry. Nice try though! Company would have never offered a 40% raise. This is rage bait.

Garbage! You must be new to company. 40%! More like the usual 4%, 2.5%, 2.5% and a $1500 singing bonus and after 5 or 6 weeks out you will gladly take it in addition to all the give backs.
