I got hired to Ford after SIRP. And I'm already promoted to a LL6.
Things is great here. Finally a company that UNDERSTAND what it's like for all their employees. They made it more fair to all us groups.
There was a time in this here country when certain groups did the brunt of the work while another groups got all the credit and spoils. Now we are back to that way of life - it's just that you people find y'all on the wrong end of the whip. You ain't had no problems with it before so why start now?
I hope things stay the way they is. It's looking great for so many people nowadays.

@g1 My LL4 said the same thing the other day, but I feel a layoff coming for Model e and CE1. Rumors are flying on Blind.com too, many saying to polish up your resume and linkedin. Can anyone confirm this? I'm only a GSR and a fresher and Ford is my first gig.

@ae all my white colleagues took vacation up until the new year from Christmas break. I didn’t take any days off so I thought it was okay, it was my first time. These model e people are so out of their depth its stunning. The sad thing is that their narcissistic egos are so out of control they are oblivious to it.
