Oh, that's right...you prolly don't want to take a huge paycut for the smaller telcos and/or cable co. Not to mention, they've got RTO, as well. Because it's the industry standard.

WFH is drying up across many industries and RTO is common. Shucks!

@fb what industry exactly? Not the telecom industry. We’re the only one In telecom doing 5 days. As for the broader pool of companies, over 80% operate in a hybrid or WFH model. This is not even close to any kind of standard. It’s a corner case.

What a fu--ing id--t. Only good news is this guys a proven failure and the exact opposite of whatever he does is viewed as success. This means his RTO push will end up being a massive failure and turned around within a few years just like everything else he’s wasted billions on.
