BB seems content using his psyops to get VPs to leave and then surreptitiously blaming them for failures. Supposedly, Tireman got a 10mm golden parachute for "taking one for the team" when BB called out horrendous OTIF on an earnings call.
Sadly, CBG appears to have been subjected to underwhelming leadership combined with starved innovation. This started under Inge and accelerated under Roman but has reached critical velocity under BB.
GLTA in navigating what's left of 3M without getting the dreaded RIF notice months before being made whole in pension at age 55.
