First quarter bonus didn’t show up. Then they said they are working to resolve the issues. Is there a date by which this will be resolved?

@mh I have had the opposite experience. Indians tend to only promote other Indians and most of them have an aversion to all white people. They bring in their class politics, hatred towards other south east Asians, and bad work ethic in the company culture. Some are good but most are a nightmare to work with. I know a guy who works an extra two hours a day to show his commitment and his manager is using that as an excuse to get others to work for more time than their contractual hours. This is not the kind of culture we want to cultivate in the company. I have nothing against their ethnicity but I am opposed to their work ethic.
@ky as a European, we've also seen our fair share of US colleagues get replaced by an Indian that managed to attain the same level of skill while not being a complete nuisance to work with on a personal level, I never wish for anybody to get fired but some of them honestly just made space for improved collaboration. The shame is that good people get caught up in the firing frenzy that shouldn't have.
@kf I agree with the earlier poster that this may be an American. Let us not forget that MAGA won in America. Most European nations are not so right wing... YET
@k9 I don't think it is Americans saying this about Indians. Personally, I am always impressed by the intelligence, kindness, and professionalism of my colleagues that are from India/of Indian descent. With respect to native Americans -- the indifference to the Mu---red and Missing Indigenous Women is a travesty. Some of my relatives' ancestors were on the trail of tears and we highly respect the contribution of Native Americans to this country.
I think it is Europeans who don't like the influx of immigrants that are making these racist comments on this site.
@hk this obsession with Indian-related posts is annoying. Some Americans need to understand that people from India who we call Indians and Native Americans who we also call Indians are totally different people. And the hatred towards Native Americans by MAGA should not be spewed towards people from India on this forum simply because they are too thick brained to understand the difference.
SAP needs more Indians.

@dm no I won't. When the layoffs happen, I will be promoted and get more money instead. Layoffs are targeted at acquisition employees and migrants and anyone who hasn't been with SAP for at least 10 years. We wanted these companies and IP not their employees. And now we are done replacing their entire management with ours. The only exception would be refugees because we still have to do some good. It is only a matter of time before we start our purge in Berlin.

So migrants get free money from the government and also bonuses on time but the rest of us employees don't? What kind of madness is that?
Which country are you in? Everyone in Europe got their bonuses on time. I won't be surprised if for the US, they will give the bonuses after they are done planning the next wave of layoffs.
