Heard from my manager at least in Atlanta office that the manager above are not getting any increments this year - it will only for manager and below it will be capped at 3%

Merit increases only for those who did not receive the 18 month retention bonus. For those that received the 18 month retention bonus no merit.

We were told no pay increase period. All grades. All locations. Execs backtracked on Mike's promises last week.

Well..well three years and another stick it to you!! Signs of a thriving company that has figured things out.. NOT!! You take it and C-suite runs off with millions making awesome decisions.

@pc managers and above no Merits - today we got the workday updates and managers and above are grayed out for merit - they will get the incentive bonus though but not merit

Managers and above OR Managers and below?

So, if I understood correctly, there will be either a merit increase or a bonus, but not both. So if bonus eligible, no merit increase. But this is very oddly worded.

Anyone think they were in a party in the last six years? Didn't feel like a party to me. Maybe you are the reason the stock is down.

when the stock is down 75%, the party is over. get on the 60 for 6 plan or get out

What gets me is that there is an employee on an adjacent team who takes meetings from bed and then eventually strolls into the office around 10am. He then throws temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way... and he's getting a raise while I'm not. Thanks Sh*tServ

Why do we need so many people in the c-suite? Time to get rid of the rest of Frankie’s cronies.

I could see VP or higher, maybe SVP or higher. But why managers and directors? What is the excuse they are using?

The salary for 2025 will be the same salary in 2026.

What does this mean no merit raise or incentive increase?

Maybe they will take the message and leave on their own? Save Fiserv the severance cost.

F--k FiScam... always looking for a way to cheat the best workers. "No raise or cash retention for you. You'll also pay higher health insurance premiums. Don't forget to smile and ask for another."

@a1 because of your incompetence the company’s stock price is like a dog. You’re not getting any increase until this POS is up to triple digit stock price.

Mike’s big talk is all for nothing. Considering inflation, my salary will be negative without a merit increase. Can’t they fire a few useless and unneeded SVPs? Seriously.

Why do we need so many SVPs? Many of them just do the postman job - take information from VPs and pass it on to the EVP. They absolutely add no value.
