there has lately been mini-layoffs on Thurs / Friday, usually the week the normal Tuesday one hits that appears to be more targeted to an entire team of people like 30 or so reporting up to 1 or two managers vs. the more widespread bi-weekly fun.

i don't know if they can layoff so much people paying severance. It doesn't look like a strategy that will work. Some extreme actions are probably needed to reduce the employers ( lack of work, budget cuts, or restructuring, and employee selection criteria like skills, performance, and seniority). Especially in the Risk area.8000 US employees in this area are probably not needed to support . Democrats are not working to get back to majority to enforce regulations. All companies are going rogue
