No, not at Truist of course.
After two consecutive years of $0 bonus at Truist I'm happy to report that the bank I am now with is giving me a 5-figure bonus + 4% raise (and I've only been here 6-months). Would have never happened at TFC!
Cheers to greener pastures.

@cw You lack basic intelligence. You spewed it on here for everyone to read.
If you ain’t earning a 3 handle, is it even worth it?!?!?
I mean, Travel Baseball ain’t cheap!
Lil Hunter is going to the majors!!!
UNC Chapel Hill!!!!!
Zyn and some NASCAR
For the people that left, what bank(s) do you work for or have worked for that you would recommend to others?
@cw Why is everyone so mean in this thread. I'm happy
My raise was 2.25%. What’s the usual amount?
You sounds like a classic brain dead Truist Trumper which is why the culture su-ks. Also hope you are under thirty because this statement is incredibly d-mb.
The fact that you haven’t tells me all I need to know about your abilities.
@ar 2026 and this old MFer really went :~P. You must be on the board.
@ag Ditto this comment — I left for 30% raise (OP)
@ap Nah just for past two years because of bs restructuring in my region. Every other year I’ve gotten bonus, mister meanie :~P
If you have one blip on your file for the year, you get zero. No raise.
you never got a bonus? lol sounds like a skill issue
@ag at this point I think it is best to completely check out of corporate america.
@a7 just keep telling yourself that things are great at Truist. I also left for a 15% raise, same bonus target and somehow received $20K more than I did when at Truist. If you know what you’re worth I would hope you’d look at other opportunities. The fact that you haven’t tells me all I need to know about your abilities. Stay comfy and cozy where you are my friend.
To those of you at Truist who know you’re worth more, believe in that - there are more opportunities and an incredible amount of employers out there who will make you feel good about the work that you do and will reward you for it. Stop believing Bill’s lies.
