Hearing him make jokes at the time when so many have lost their livelihood and the rest of us are still uncertain if we'll have a job in a month or two completely disillusioned me. That shows how much he truly "cares" for employees.

@c0 understand that there are real livelihoods at stake which are being meaningful impacted -- losing one's dignity and financial wellbeing at the cost of Verizon executives' ( + the Board of Directors who are the ultimate sc--wups at Verizon) continual bad decisions because of their incompetence!!!

Casual Dan is exactly what I would expect from a 67 year old millionaire who served on the board during our demise and was complicit in the lack of action to right the ship. Completely disconnected, casually drinking his coffee while tens of thousands watched and desperately awaited news of our future. We are doomed.
