Before mid November in Europe. Massive layoffs in Tech and Ops expected even if "you need to keep it confidential" .
why did it ever stop?
Just assume layoffs scheduled on a rolling yearly basis. So June's for Tech and non-Consumer and August/Sept for Consumer
