There’s only so much we can take mentally, and people are already stretched thin. We need a break, a real one, and it should be at least six months without constantly worrying about layoffs. Otherwise, I genuinely think people are going to start breaking down. This isn’t normal, no matter how much they try to make it seem like it is.

@bj 14 years and 5 in the business channel and the last month was the first month in my career i didn’t get a commission check. I’m tired of not being able to sleep and my funnel looks healthy and im working 50
Hours a week. This whole thing is just bananas!
Please be me, but B2B sales doesn't get cut. They'll just starve us all out. If I don't get severed this round then I am severing myself. It's a shame what this company has become. 22 years here, seen a lot of ups and downs. The past eight years we all had a front row seat to watch it rot from the inside.
It's Thursday. GNT will be hit. Best of luck to all.
@ba exactly this reason for October stock together, before that, get rid of as many people as they can to save the $$$, to pay the dead weight- Advisor-5geeee that is still eating the VZ-pie.
Anyone has insight on GNT impact?
Have heard on end of May date for RIF and not across the board like nov’25. but this forum suggests RIF happening this week…anything possible.
Sadly there will be more. There is a reason Stock Together is delayed until October, so expect more RIFs before then. And I still would not breathe easy if I survive past October.
Hatchet Man said that layoffs will be a regular thing going forward. This is a rapidly shrinking company, not a growing one.
Don't get too comfortable if you make it past Thurs. There will be another Rif by October. And yes Thurs is for real. That's why HR has been sending emails today to the Sr Directors with what needs to be covered in the Rif meetings on Thurs.
Agreed. My nervous system can’t take the constant walking on egg shells after 14 years.
Same here anon, same here.. We tired out hure, know whamsayin?
No impact on Strategy teams according to multiple SDs, AVPs.
They want you to quit. That way they dont have to pay you severance.
Definitely worthwhile to test the job market if you dont get rif'd but its tough to beat the benefits
