@b8 anyone that has witnessed Dell's inability to field AI solutions is nor surprised that they would use a PA for this task.

Unless you're a C-suite, your messages and emails will never reach a CEO (or any C-levels). Filtering communications is one of the main reasons why Executive Assistants exist.
He far too important to use Teams, besides, he's in the office every day as we all know this is the fastest form of collaboration.
But seriously you'd just get his PAs PA and then put on a PIP
