More Layoffs on the horizon

Anyone heard the investment community is predicting at least 50% RIF in order to restore profitability and stock price…

We have a major dumpster fire and Fiserv can’t afford any water to put it out due to the overpaid vps

Yo ja----s. I was already fired. I know I wasn’t important and what do you think you are? Just another clog in the sink/ toilet. Not sure which one you prefer.

@d4 Everyone can take time off. Stop acting like you are too important! You are not! You are too insignificant compared to the company as a whole! No one cares if you take days off. Absolutely no one cares about you!
I am tired of people who claim to be super important when they are just a cog in the wheel.

To all the maga’ites crying about H1B - well you are not good enough and are replaceable in capitalist world. Go find another job assuming if whining will get you anywhere

My manager is getting pulled into a hundred fires a day - not looking good. Entire place going up in smoke.

While the rest of us can’t time off due to deadlines. Is there limit on how many days these SVP/VPs get?

They all have friends in Higher places. That’s how they got there in the first place. It’s one thing if they made decisions in the interest of their team. it’s that their self-serving poor choices have far-reaching consequences across the entire organization. When you consider the collective damage caused by these decisions, the path to recovery is going to be a long one.”

I see a lot of SVP/VPs are OOO until the 22nd. Coincidence much? Something’s cooking.

There is a 50% target for certain BUs, largely driven by AI.

How about REDUCING EXECUTIVE PAY? That's where the bloat is.

I heard that the layoffs might be 150% or even 200% of the workforce!

Will there more change? Yes there will. But the mass exits have been done. I’m a leader so know. This is an mnc, not startup where we can operate with an even more lean structure. We already are lean enough.

Stop spreading unwarranted rumours. Takis was meant to be ceo from the beginning its what fb got him in for. So I’d be more worried if he follows or gets coached from fb now that he is in that position.

“Anyone heard this rumor that I’m spreading without providing even a lick of evidence?!”

“Anyone?”
