Will someone please post what the Bonus payout percentage is, if it was emailed yet or when they do send it? As someone that was laid off this summer, we’re eligible for pro-rated payment and I’m curious where it’s sitting at as of Q3. I saw a post about the GTH and usually they release it around the same time but haven’t seen anyone mention it.

Not sure why you're asking now. Anything can change in 4Q
Break out your checkbook and make it for $8000 to Ford. Happy now?
@aw oh shut up, the vast majority throw their employees under the bus like fodder before taking any risk
@bw Yeah, got me at first too, you can read it two ways.
@br Wait, I take that back. I might not have understood what you were saying.
What a Michigan left. Way to spin what they said. Go into politics

To be fair, leadership takes a lot more risks in their positions and responsibilities than any GSR. They should have bonuses that reflect that.
You’ll get nothing and like it!
Management will get 6% of their salaries.
They will make you expect high until the day of final announcement and there will be a rationale why there is no bonus.
If quality is "Above Plan" with 105+ recalls, I can only imagine what the, ahem, "leadership" was actually planning on. Or growth of business when EV business essentially collapsed for the foreseeable future.
EBIT - Below Plan
Overall Quality- Above Plan
Growth of Business - Above Plan
Overall Status - Above Plan
Expect Q4 to suffer due to the Aluminum Plant fire.
