Wells Fargo Managers are also threatening to make CONTRACTORS ineligible for rehire and are refusing to give reviews to the agencies. For nothing. Out of spite. Save your reputation & don't come to work here.

I have been a contractor and have managed them as a FTE.
ruin your reputation with who? The agency? You must not understand how contractor agencies work. they earn money when they place talent. If talent isn't acceptable to one company - they just sell you to another one.
It's a perfunctory task for the agency to ask for a review of the contractor. Client (WF) refusing to give one does not matter one bit to an agency.
This is a PSA to all would be contractors.
Manager at WF still threatens this to Agency. Not right. Not over performance either. Favoritism or retaliation. It can still ruin someone's reputation.
Contractors were never hired by Wells Fargo in the first place, so they theoretically could never be eligible for "rehire".
Contractors or "managed resources"are employed by the agencies and third party companies that recruit them and pay them and then their services are contracted by Wells Fargo.
These are not Wells Fargo employees and Wells Fargo managers do not review them. Wells Fargo managers can't provide feedback to contractors on how work was delivered but that feedback can be given to the agency --just never to the employee. Managers are only able to provide instruction to contractors that is fact-based and is used to deliver services on behalf of Wells Fargo.
