No integrity - was interviewing for a job while telling all at investor day only 4 weeks ago about his plan for 5 years.
I read his cash pay was 1.3m and the rest was in stock which is presumably worthless now if it had a strike price
Dont think 70m is accurate
The only thing I care less about than his future are his feelings. He made things worse and will skip off with his $70mil, he deserves no false assurances that he wasn't loathed or that he's blameless. Even though he probably lacks the capacity, I hope he feels bad about the work he did here.
The fu--ing hero worship for a guy who widely disparaged us behind closed doors, pushed through record layoffs and openly lied is just amazing.
All because he relaxed hours in office rules
