Theoretically what would happen if someone started to work Fridays at home to start and then Monday/Fridays after some time

@ar that's not true. It's all about the assigned OCCUPANY INDICATOR. They are not firing the 30% of managers that randomly received exemption from the office with a FOW or NVW occupancy indicator.
The rest of us are being fu---d backwards & forward with 5x8 RTO.
Who authorized you to speak on their behalf, bootlicker?
Ignore the customers and the stockholders. Do what is right for yourself. Emulate our fearless leader.
@cd
Not an employee - just a troll, ignore this. There are no flesh an blood humans who think this way in management at AT&T. Possibly just another union tech taking a break from watching p0rn on his phone to troll there. Or maybe it is lil Johnny & Jeffy taking a break from losing billions of dollars to post in their own defense.
RTO is old news, mo--n. Get your a-s to the office 5x8 or pack your cr-p and leave. The rest of us are sick of you and your lazy cohorts.
"Depends on your OI. My supervisor says 3 days a week at my new location, but my OI is FOW. The paperwork I accepted says 3 days a week, but FOW says 1 to 3 days monthly."
I think if that were the case, the OP would know the options available. Since they're asking the question, it's most likely they've been told to report five days.
"We both signed the contract"
When? I've never signed anything, nor has anything ever been presented to me in several decades. I'm a middle manager, non-bargained for. Are you new?
@aa You’d get fired. No severance. No unemployment.
Depends on your OI. My supervisor says 3 days a week at my new location, but my OI is FOW. The paperwork I accepted says 3 days a week, but FOW says 1 to 3 days monthly. If your OI is NFTE, then it is 5 days a week. There are also National and Market designations that have different requirements, that stipulates a fixed or virtual location those days as spent.
We both signed the contract, so I hope they don't violate it ;-)
They have not fired anyone who was actually working remote. They have fired complete no-shows and people who swiped other people's badges and that is it. They will just give you a bad evaluation so you get a 1.2% raise instead of a 1.5% raise. They truly have no power over you. Do what is right for the customers and the stockholders and ignore the clowns in Dallas and Atlanta. Work where you are most efficient and effective.
There are 2 reports, one is hourly another one is badge report, are they still looking at the badge report.
You’d get fired. No severance. No unemployment.
I wouldn’t do it unless you get it approved from HR first (temporary)
Go for it , let us know how it works out for you genius.
You'd be fired at some point.
I don't know. Ask some of the people that were laid off in January and March for not having enough days on their presence reports
