Where is the FQA that says 4 hours?
8 hours, subject to change and retroactive, per our lord GK
It will change daily or per mood of Gunjan Kedia, the authority figure, possesses the power to alter regulations according to her discretion. Recently, the duration was adjusted from 11 days per the Badge Tap system to IP based tracking. The forthcoming period will be strictly enforced for 8 hours, excluding breaks for meals and restroom use.
This scenario illustrates the consequences of elevating an individual with a DICTATORIAL mindset, who has a background in M.S. Industrial Administration (Physical Goods/Manufacturing where Success is measured by Sweatshop/Labor) vs. Business Administration/Financial Administration where Success is measured by what employee contributes to the business success.
We saw even VERY senior leaders laughing/mocking this DICTATOR's decision with an expecation that every employee must sit in the office chair for 8 hours as enforcement of the same in "Talent and Performance" section in Workday.
4 hours, HR confirmed
The FAQ implies that four hours per day is the expected time in office, but I'm unsure if you'd get sc--wed if you actually showed up to the office for four hour days for the 12/13 days in office expected. I don't get why they just can't say how much time we have to be in office.
It is whatever Gunjan says it is. Don’t expect any details or explanations. Just sit quietly ( at your office desk of course) and wait until it’s your turn to be laid off.
It is Gunjan Kedia..You have to come to hub 8 hours every day. She will change the rules at her own will without prior notice. Yesterday it was 11 days..Not it is 60% of your time. Tommorow in case if you miss 1 minute of your time sitting on the office chair at the hub you will be non-compliant (given its 7 hours 59 minutes) per her new Talent and Performance metric in Workday.
She does not care if you do anything (actual work) as its not in her new Talent and Performance metric, its just the time your BUTT sticks to the office chair at a Hub.
24 hours cause they see you as a slave to that office chair.
