HR sent an email out to people whose DFS job code doesn’t match a CapOne job code. Basically saying we need to apply to open reqs since our roles will be eliminated before the end of the DFS integration in Q2. It’s crazy because I’ve been working on the CapOne side for almost a year and they won’t just convert me. Another tactic they are using to get people to leave so they don’t have to pay severance.

Cap one is all about destroying the environment with all the AI bs ! We have to tell people to pay through the IVR lol it’s insane the CEO needs out on a PIP !
@ak I’m not gonna doxx myself, we know HR is lurking. Just giving everyone a heads up, they said not everyone will be notified at the same time. This “integration” has at least taught us all that we need to union the fu-k up when the c-suite decides to sell our company.
Disastrous. It will take another 8 years for the residual fallout of the merger to be fixed. They're not gonna make it. Just do the minimum work and job search and know Capone is a diseased animal. Don't do extra work.
