Many senior people in high cost locations were hit in NS. Even those with over 10 years at the company did not get the courtesy of a call. Just an email at 6am.

Looks like I lost a Payments PM.
2 critical people on my team of 6 are gone (NetSuite Ed svcs). This is total BS. We haven’t even recovered from the last round. I can’t take on any more work but I’m sure I’ll be asked. Looks like it’s time for me to go. After a decade, it’s a shame to see how far we’ve fallen.
I’m not entirely sure monitoring slack count is accurate depiction of layoffs occuring. Slack doesn’t delete the employee, it’s only deactivated. Maybe slack does count only active employees, but it’s something to consider
On sep 13 it was 11232, so looks like we lost close to 100 in US
