RTO Mandates

First.... employee RTO mandates looming at Big Green while outsourcing many positions to contact labor that won't be subjected to RTO like employees. 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

@m8 Multiple times they have stated the plan is to have RTO in 12-18 months. They stated they'd take a look to see where employees are most concentrated and setup offices in those areas. Some people are in denial or think that RTO can't/won't happen, but it's happening. They've mentioned it way too many times for it not to be true.

I’m afraid Humana will require hybrid work for those within 50 miles of an office. While Waterside can’t support all Louisville associates simultaneously, it can handle a hybrid mandate…

Waterside doesn't really have the space or internet capacity for all of us to roll up there.

We don't have the office space anymore to support it. Especially with closing Tower I don't think they could fit everyone in Waterside. In other cities the office are all also way to small to accommodate everyone in the area.
