@OP So, if you work OT to do extra work , that is frowned upon by management? Bizarre.Aren’t they the ones making you work the ot ?

@ae its true. my team has to completely disregard what is good for Verizon and cater to my boss who always talks about wanting a promotion. and my boss constantly mentions how we shouldn’t work hard for Verizon. we feel trapped!
@OP You lost me. Wouldn’t working extra hours be of benefit to the employees? OT? How does that benefit Vz?
yes its not about who is good for the company. if you pamper your insecure boss- you are covered. now ask yourself if you want to retire at a place like that. if you have morals- leave.
