@fz Wasn't Dillon head of tech when that outage happened? I thought that's why Dillion got the axe-- lost an entire data center and then couldn't fail over properly.
What did she mess up this time? It is quite likely she has an employment contract + she has patrons/sponsors like Saul.

I thought the biggest incident was in 2022, where wells fargo lost all connectivity internally as well as externally? Bank was offline for at least 3 hours at that time. This was July 2022 if I recall correctly. SVB was there and drove solutions...well at least I think he did.
Because executives don't have the same rules as everyone else. They can mess up multiple times and continue to take raises.
How good SVB can be if he picked TK to take his position after his promotion? Plus he started to cut all QAs, caused 2023 big incident. Lucky for him, TK was head of tech then so she's demoted.
