RIFs will continue to happen, but does anyone know if there will be cuts from either Tech / Care or Case Mgmt for this round?

@as so basically the international create the mess, you determine the issue, and send it back to the international to mess it up more? give them ost 400478
@ae if anything i think case management is there to stay as we offload things we still need humans to clean up messes...
I hope that PACT get's removed completely. We have been abused by leadership and the international agents who fk things up all the time.
Case management is likely getting hit. No idea for hard but it’s redundant and from an outside of org view, looks like it costs more than it saves
