Does anybody know what the impacts were to the Florence site? It has been shrinking so much, I wonder how much longer it will be before it is closed.

@ad since I'm with the team designing KYC replacement system, KYC is being fully replaced by 2030. The goal is to automate 60-80% of KYC review then what ever is left offshore, it's why Citi is no longer hiring KYC roles in US location.
Allegedly KY signed a 50 yr contract with the city in ~2003. Probably revert to collections W ATM
