Need a website to start reporting H1B jobs function with in each team that a middle schooler can do and does not need a H1B\L1B and send it to USCIS.

It might actually just be easier to entirely end the current H1B program and start a new one. IE: Assume all of the current H1B holders are fraudulent, and then let them go through the process again and prove they are legitimate.
That would basically allow the 10-20% legitimate ones to come back in under the new stringent requirements and filtering out the 80-90% scammers/liars.

There is huge class action lawsuit brewing with a documented pattern of laying off US citizens and then transferring resources from India to US as replacements on H1b and L1b visas.

The last time I heard stories about stealing jobs and a conspiracy led by a particular race, it was in Germany in the ’40s.
@bb can confirm. Interns in my org have been from mexico, europe etc. I've not seen any interns from the US. I've also only seen new joiners from India. When I know damn well my university produces excellent candidates. Oracle or the managers running my department are choosing not to hire Americans. That is unacceptable.

You seem frustrated that someone from a different culture, who attended a far less prestigious university, may not even be a native English speaker, and probably spent most of their own or their family’s savings moving to the US, is now taking your job.
Let’s be honest: if someone facing all those obstacles is outcompeting you, perhaps it’s time to focus on improving your own skills.
