@ab I think they would report to the senior manager in their own regions. I didn't even know we had switches, towers, network equipment and fiber in those countries. I thought it was all offshore support staff. Don't these positions work hands on in the field? Being a desk jockey myself, I don't get exposure to the techs and engineers that keep the network up and running so a lot of the details are a mystery to me.

FE&O (Fiber Engineering & Operations) the division responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and restoring Verizon's core wireline and fiber-optic network infrastructure.
Don't know if it is any good. Looks like they are hiring in Ireland, India and Richmond, Va. Seems like an odd spread of locations.
