I heard Layoffs coming in December, 15th. i heard this from a regional, who heard it from his contact in corporate HR. Hear say but can anyone confirm? and no BS java rant please.

They need another major action right now. Run rate unsustainable. Too much duplication from LEX. New LEX CFO will also trim down finance and accounting after last quarter close.

XBS will be decimated, partners dealers is the future. Lexmark does most business with dealers they are in charge now, nice peaceful takeover of Xerox Management. Sell off Cores to anyone with cash. Sell off Xmpie if a buyer with cash. Once Lexmark tech stack is running the business lots of HCL Guatemalan and Indian contractors will be let go. Xerox needs cash to get through next 12 month.
The Java based U.I. is the whole reason things are falling apart. Don’t believe me, ask your customers, ask Wall Street.

Heard this aswell, twice on seperate occasions, first time was in early October.
Hear the fabled IT business is laying off in December. Big miss forecast for Q4. The magic dust has worn off. XBS miss is massive.
You must be joking. The only thing you can count on from Stevie Wonder is continued layoffs. You need to lose 10k more heads asap. That is a synergy. Pre LEX acquiring XRX headcount level is a good estimate of where the company needs to be immediately.
Would not surprise me a bit. But somehow someone will turn this around to say it’s buying opportunity for xerox stock. Recommend you throw your money on the side of a busy highway. At least you will be entertained while you watch people stop and grab your money in the middle of busy traffic.
Xerox is done and so are you if you have anything to do with this company, or Lexmark apparently now.
