The plans are a bi--h a-s joke this year and even worse next year
Humana is showing the world how Humana does n0t care about the employees just like Humana d0es-not care about any member, the seniors, the poor, the sick, the elderly, the needy 0r any-one
HUMANA IS showing the world they do not care at
Humana cares about Humanas stocks pr0fits & personal p0cketbooks
Employees will stop caring too _ it will trickle down: Why w0rk harder for some-one that does not care about you

Just stop caring as much everyone and do the bare minimum cause Humana is not giving you that much in return

BRING HOME y0ur Check AN DO the LEAST U CAN AT WRK

@aw the premiums are identical to this year for the HDHP. They got rid of the other two plans and replaced them with "co pay" plans where it seems like you can immediately start paying copays but OOP max is very high. I'm not exactly sure the full details for those two plans since we only got a summary.

The HDCP plans have identical premiums but the deductibles have increased and OOP max have increased across the board significantly. Basically the current $34 per paycheck plan is more similar to the new $52 plan. The coinsurance after deductible is still 20%.

And for a family, everyone has to meet their own deductable now individually. No "group" deductable.

@a7 How much are the premiums for the plan with the new deductible/OOP? (former employee here—I'm interested so I can compare benefits as I'm job hunting)

I didnt see anything about PTO being reduced

The health plan is a lot more expensive now. Deductible increased from 2300 to 2500 and out of pocket max increased from 3800 to 4500.

Since this year I basically reached my OOP max, I will need to spend a lot more next year.

@a5 Humana matched 125% of first 6%, so if you did 6%, they gave 7.5%

@a4 my team and I are a bit confused on where the 7.5% came from. We always thought it was 6%

The 401k match drop of 1.5% is major and applies to all associates every year. But 6% is pretty much industry standard. The 7.5% match Humana offers has been an incredible benefit.

@a2 “updates to your total rewards”. Awww yes great play on words. How about we begin with “benefit hacks below”. You’re on here a lot, do you ever get sick of being Humana’s boot li---r?

Honestly not sure how you got that from the email. It was a very neutral tone email just presenting information.
