I'm sure the goalposts will be moved again.
But these threads really scream something to leaders who actually care. People aren't working out of inspiration but out of a constant state of fear and anxiety. This doesn't give you top performance and this is not sustainable. All most can think about how is the fear of another layoff. This is like running an engine at 10,000 rpm with no oil, constantly.
(And don't think because they are nice in pulse surveys that's how they feel- they are scared to be honest in those).
