Well guys, should we consider unionizing now or wait until they either outsource all of our jobs to India or replace us with AI

@a1 hard to threaten to unionize when there's a whole bunch of non union people to take the jobs and customers who only want cheap even if that means some hiccups along the way. Look at call centers that left.
Contractors do not get severance are we going to get increase in rates if move to contractor
@a6 does anyone know what happens with the severance package if folks are forced to move to a contractor position? Is that how FIS is getting around paying out the 2 weeks per year severance? That’s the only thing keeping many of us here.
They don't care, Either you leave or Just wait until they lay you off , so that you will get a layoff package.
Should be easier when they get rid of half the employees.
Thought about it. Not sure it's possible to convince tech people they're not unique geniuses. Everytime it comes up people think a union will be holding them back somehow because they're the special ones.
