What’s really gross is the posts on Linkdin - #15 in the Fortune 500, such a great place to work… etc etc- and then there are the job postings that show as less than 24 hours old. So much for a hiring freeze I guess.

@a4 They are hiring contractors or vendors ....whatever they are called these days
As someone who was in the midst of applying internally… in April, there were 400+ postings, they did a freeze at the beginning of May, all postings were taken down.
The ones available now are the ones that were approved to continue the hiring process or positions that are relevant to the future state. I recognize positions from before the freeze with the same hiring managers. some I had previously applied to, those jobs have yet to reappear, so recruitment for those was likely cancelled.
I noticed this as well. They are ghost jobs i believe.
I just shared with my colleagues how they are still hiring but yet in the video she said we made sure to do a hiring freeze . Just horrible
