I have knowledge that in the midst of 200 stores being converted you will see the r2b space dissolved. I was in discussion that split compensation is a waste of money and that with the stores going indirect the biz customers who come in store will be directly called from a inside sales rep when they sign in, and converted with in store pickup. Split comp is part of what got the company here. Having a high school kid ring out 99 tablets because sales force says he has 1 employee so VBG is forced to engage retail. We’re here because Hans sh:t where he ate. People who’ve never sold a product in their life ran the most successful and profitable business sales org into the ground in under a decade with 4 years record profits.

This is fake news. R2b just has a regional call for the new comp structure heading in to 2026. R2b is here to stay. way too much competition on the smb market. and stores cant sell for sh-t. The new chat lead feature su-ks as a lot of issues have been happening.

@OP you do realize that when the retail stores use the business sales on demand click to chat option that the telesales rep…AND the retail stores and rep both still get paid right? Meaning that there is STILL a “split comp”. Also BSOD works for both ispu and d fill and leadshare is on for 7 days. THERE IS STILL SPLIT COMP WITH THIS OPTION WHERE MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND TWO CHANNELS GET PAID. Dummy
