Where are these so-called “Centers of Expertise”?

@a3 That's what makes no sense. They are kicking alot of managers to the curb, and reportedly sending agents to wfm. I work from home. According to the org chart, we 22 reps deep per manager. For the last 2 months we have been manager poor, many managers have been MIA while sales have plummeted. No training, no coaching, no team meetings. None of which is indicative of a restructure or additional staff. As of today, cricket.

@a5 My understanding from my previous manager who worked there... is there were no agents in that office... only mgt

@OP there was no one in Lafayette other a few managers. Not sure about this other centers. But this sounds like is is management. I work in customer loyalty. We have been mgt poor, most mgt have been MIA, no team meeting, no coaching sales have plummeted -- this behavior is not indicative of moving more people to work from home, loyalty or arestructure.

So there are rumblings that there will be more today as of the 17th of the month. Someone in Workforce stated they got the list for those Center Celebrations they've been having for the coming months and the only ones on it are these so called Centers of Expertise. So every other center not on the list is greenlit for closure. This confirms 3.

Ocean Springs primary was cross sales. However the building houses IHX, OOP, Uverse premise tech training, some network guys, a few drop ins that used the center for a work around to RTO B2B. 3 regional trainers, a cinglepoint manager and Attendance managers.

The reps got the option to go fully virtual but were NOT told what the job title would be / if they would remain as Loyalty (Commission based pay) once accepting the job offer as received. They basically have to accept then find out what line of business they will support BUT!...if they decide they dont want to do that line of business after accepting then they can't go back and opt to take the surplus.

Glad the reps weren't just kicked into unemployment. It's insane they just kick Management to the curb because who the he-l is going to relocate to one of these so called "Centers of Expertise"
